I used SerraPeptase by Doctors Best Brand found at the Vitamin Shoppe. I took 2 caps Forty Five minutes before breakfast. Once a day only, I did this for good 2 years then continued Daily Maintenance with the CRYPTOLEPIS Liquid Tincture which is Similar to WORMWOOD Herb also Known as ARTIMESIA-: Chinese Name, Only thing Worm wood is too strong and depletes Minerals when taken long term and high doses, due to it's deep cleansing, riding body of bugs, Malaria, breast cysts and broad benefits. I thought for a quicker relief was best to start with the SerraPeptase just till there's much relief then roll over to the CRYPTOLEPIS Tincture found at woodlandessence.com
